CraftCMS is the content management
system we use. Friends of the
Children websites are on a
multi-site configuration. This
means we all use the same
templates. CraftCMS is not a
website builder (like WordPress)
but is a system that allows us to
add content to pre-designed
templates. Users can use
predesigned content blocks to to
build a page, but custom code
cannot be added. All template
design is coded from scratch on
the backend and outsourced to
Craft developers.
